Juniors: Juniors will need a meningococcal vaccination prior to the first day of senior year. Hononegah has a first day exclusion meaning your student will not be able to attend school the first day of senior year without the proof of their meningococcal vaccination. 

Freshman: Freshman will need an up to date health physical and dental exam form prior to the first day of Freshman year. 

Sports Physicals: Sports physicals go to the Athletic Office.

Sick/Absent: If you are calling your student out due to illness please contact the Attendance Office. (815) 624-5020.
