Juniors and Seniors, tonight is the night: Beyond HS kicks off at 6:30 PM in the PAC! Don't miss out on expert advice for college applications, trade union entry, military options, and landing scholarships to fund your future—we'll see you there tonight! 

The time for another exciting year of Hononegah Special Olympics has begun! Our first practice will be held today from 3:15–4:15 PM after school. Please meet in room 1404.

The goals of Special Olympics are simple: having fun, making friends, and staying active. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, we’d love to have you join us!  See Mr. Loft if you have any questions.

The 2026 Homecoming Court balloting will begin on Thursday, September 17th and end on Monday, September 21st. All students currently enrolled at Hononegah will appear on the ballot as we select boys and girls to appear as representatives on the court. If you have any concerns about appearing on the ballot, please contact Mr. Lee before 3:30 PM on Wednesday, September 16th.

Homecoming is right around the corner! Purchase your tickets to this year's dance, The Spirit of Pandora, by scanning the QR code on the posters around the building or following the link sent by Mr. Lee. The dance takes place in the Field House on October 3rd from 7-10 PM. If you're bringing a guest, you must pick up a form from the DA office and turn it in by September 25th. Reach out to Mr. Lee with any questions.

Model UN will meet after school today, Wednesday, September 16th, in Mr. Smith's room 1209.

Paranormal Investigators Club Members interested in buying T-shirts or Hoodies, please see Ms. Z in room 2419 for an order form.   All orders will be due by Oct. 1, 2026.

Aviation Club is meeting today at 3:30 in room 1434. We are going

to be looking at RC planes and getting them ready to fly. All are

welcome. 

The Young Progressives will have its first meeting of the year. If you want to meet people who share your views or want to learn more about the club, come to room 1517, Thursday, September 17 at 7:35 or 8:00 AM. We hope to see you there!
