Hononegah Special Olympics is participating in Unified Sports this school year. Inclusive sports will allow unified partners to compete alongside Special Olympics athletes for practices, basketball competitions, and track events within our region. If you are not playing a sport at Hononegah and want to stay active or volunteer, please consider Tuesday's informational meeting in room 1403 at 3:15 PM for more information. If you cannot make it but are interested, please see Mr. Loft in room 1403.
Mark your calendars for Beyond HS on Wednesday, September 16th at 6:30 PM in the PAC! This is a chance to get expert tips on applying to college and scholarships, entering skilled trade unions, and exploring military paths.
Tickets to Hononegah's Homecoming Dance, The Spirit of Pandora, are on sale now! The event will take place in the Field House on October 3rd from 7-10 PM. Scan the QR code on the posters around the school or follow the link sent by Mr. Lee to purchase. Tickets for Hononegah students are $20, and guest tickets are $30. If you're bringing a guest, you must pick up a form from the DA office and turn it in by September 25th. In-person ticket sales take place September 28th through October 2nd. Reach out to Mr. Lee with any questions.
Club Announcements:
Are you interested in flying, planes, and everything aviation? Then come to Aviation Club. We are having our first meeting Wednesday, September 9th at 3:30 in room 1434. We will be talking about what we are doing this year, what field trips we will have, and flight simulators. All are welcome. See you there.
Attention all artists! Art Club is joining Photo Club after school Sep 15th to Edwards Apple Orchard stop in to get a permission form. Also! Art Club will meet this Thursday morning 9/10 at 8:15 in art room 1439!
Paranormal Investigators Club will meet on Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, in the Upper AP room. Our meeting will be from 3:30 - 5:00 pm. See Ms. Z in 2419 with any questions.
Attention all students interested in joining the Science Olympiad club this year, we will have short informational meetings on Wednesday, September 9th both before school at 8:15 am and after school at 3:20 pm in room 2108. If you are unable to attend either meeting, contact Mr. Stoltz or Mrs. Zammuto to get information about the club.
The Renaissance Club will meet on Wednesday, September 9th from 7:30-7:50 and then again from 8:15-8:35 in room 2114. Everyone is welcome and there will be donuts! Please see or email Mrs. Beaulieu with any questions.
