Regional Engineering & Manufacturing Immersion Night:

Students, if you are undecided about the career you want to pursue after high school, or are interested in our region's booming engineering and manufacturing companies, please join us tonight for Regional Engineering & Manufacturing Immersion Night from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the Student Commons. You will learn about our region's engineering and manufacturing career pathways and the tremendous growth opportunities they offer.  20+ companies and organizations will be on hand. You could even walk away with a job shadow, internship, or the start of your career!  Everyone is welcome to attend. See our social media pages for details.

The 2nd Hour AP World History and Advanced Health classes are working together to run a food drive from November 12th - 21st. Please bring all non-perishable food items to your 2nd hour class.  All donations will be given to the Old Stone Church Food Pantry. Thank you for your help and support! 

Juniors and Seniors who have a 3.5 GPA, you should've received an invitation to apply for the National Honor Society mailed to your homes. If you did not receive a letter, double check that you have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 and email Dr.Asbury for a digital copy of the application or pick one up from the SSS office.

Attention Seniors!  If you need help completing your FAFSA application, join our school counselors and college experts on Thursday, November 13th, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the library.  You and your parents MUST create your FSA ID online today!   And don't forget to bring your Chromebook and your 2024 tax information to the event. Get your financial aid application done this Thursday!

Club Announcements:

The Young Progressives will host its first-ever meeting on Tuesday, November 18, at 7:35 AM in Room 2425, located in the World Language Hallway. All students are welcome, and we hope to see you there!

Key Club will meet on Thursday at 7:30 in the upper AP room for students with a 1st hour and 8:00 for those without one. 

Creative Endeavors Art Club members! Join us Thurs. 11/13 at 8:15 in art room 1439, we will be passing the journal, working on our trading cards, and discussing our group painting.

Today at 3:20 pm, students are invited to stop by the metal gym tables/Student Commons to make cards for veterans. These cards will be sent to the American Red Cross for distribution to those who have served our country. Take a few minutes to show your appreciation and help us honor our veterans!
