Photo Club is having its first meeting Tuesday, September 2nd in room 1434 at 3:30. We'll be getting to know each other, learning about the club, and making plans for the year. All are welcome. Hope to see you there.

Calling all stagehands!! Stagehands Club will be holding an impromptu meeting  tomorrow (Friday, 8/29) at 3:30pm. We hope to see you there!!

Anime and Manga Club will have its first meeting in the library after school on Wednesday, September 3.  We will be enjoying a Japanese treat and talking about plans for the year.  All are welcome.  See Mrs. Blum in the library with any questions.

National Honor Society members, please check the NHS Google classroom for announcements, reminders, and an introduction from your new advisor, Dr. Kendra Asbury. NHS Officers, please check your emails about setting up executive board meetings.  Underclassmen and seniors who are interested in one day joining the National Honors Society, you need to start preparing now. The spring application process requires involvement in sports, clubs, and activities and a letter of recommendation from someone in the community. Get involved in a club that does community service such as Key Club and make connections with adults outside of the Hononegah teaching staff. Teacher recommendations are not accepted. Questions? Chess Club is hosting the Back to School Chess Tournament on Friday after school from 3:30-5:00 in the library. Compete for the top tournament spot and take your place on the Chess League Leaderboard. Sign up on Google Classroom. See Mr. Christoff in 1105 with any questions. See you Friday!
