Current Student Record Request
(Excluding Transcripts - transcripts must be ordered through www.parchment.com) Please complete this Google form and **email your documents to be completed to recordrequest@hononegah.org. All Records will be mailed within 5 business days of receipt. Principal Statements (Hononegah does not issue work permits, however, you need a principal statement prior to obtaining a work permit) are emailed to the student via their Hononegah School email address. Please make requests in time to meet your deadlines.
